On the first day of June, Tom and Holly were married at the Five Stones Church in New Westminster. We have photographed weddings in many churches before but this one by far was on the top of the list. The building had such character with it’s old vintage brick walls and rustic wood finishing. As soon as we walked into the building we knew we were in for a treat given so many great areas to photograph in. The wedding was short and sweet, and felt very special and personal. With our small window of two hours to photograph some individual pre-wedding portraits, the ceremony, and then the happy newly weds together, we shot all the photographs in the upper and lower floor of the church building. Tom and Holly made our jobs easy being such an adorable couple together and we could sense the excitement of their new bond as we photographed them alone and away from the crowd. All and all we had a great time working hard to capture their special day and left that evening with some great photographs.
